Mr. Fester “Shorty” Richardson, 71, a resident of 40 Frederick Road, Chocowinity, died Monday, March 14, 2011, at UHS Hospice. The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Victoria Burgess Deans, 5751 River Road, Washington. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
