Mrs. Addie M. Bonner, age 89, a former resident of 3719 Kelly Road, Bath, died at River Trace Wednesday, March 23, 2011.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at Gateway Disciple Church of Christ, Bath, officiated by the Rev. Ricky Clemons. Burial will be at Whitfield & Whitley’s cemetery on Asbury Church Road.

Mrs. Bonner was born July 21, 1921 in the Hunter’s Bridge community. She was the daughter of the late Columbus and Roxanne Lawrence. She is survived by her husband, Archie Bonner, and their four children: Larry R. Bonner (Louise) of Orangeburg, S.C., Lonnie L. Bonner (Jackie) of Bath, Peggy D. Bonner, and Michael A. Bonner of the home; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death. Two sisters survived: Mrs. Carrie Stanley of River Trace and Mrs. Ethel Hopkins of Plumblee Nursing Home.

Family will receive visitors at the family home at 3719 Kelly Road in Bath and at the son’s home at 3703 Kelly Road.
