Richard Earl Woolard Sr., 77, a resident of 220 Brickyard Ave., Washington, died Monday, March 28, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Paul Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday at Paul Funeral Home and Crematory. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home and Crematory of Washington.
