Billie Frank Raynor, 72, died Wednesday, April 23, 2011, at his home. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Martin Memorial Gardens with Kurt Honican officiating. The family will receive friends today from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence, 3181 Bear Grass Road. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
