Renewals could be the difference

To the Editor:

Thank you so much for Sunday’s article about the Turnage Theater working to reach our goal in order to start booking for the new season. The community has really “pulled together” by having many events to raise money, along with the generous support of individual contributors.

As part of the sponsorship committee, I know there has been a lot of outreach to our foundation contributors, but we still have over $9,000 in renewals that have not come in yet. If you do not have an envelope or do not remember your donation level, please call 975-1711, Ext. 21, or me at 946-2569. You can also go to the website www.turnagetheater.com and print a form.

We encourage anyone who attends shows but does not belong to the foundation to please consider a contribution. We highly value your attendance at the shows and want you to continue to come, but ticket sales alone do not keep theater doors open  anywhere.

Every single person is very important. As you can see, if all would renew, we would be quite close to our goal.
