What happened to the lottery money is the governor took the money to fill the holes in the budget. That is why I quit playing the lottery.

What is up with the yellow tape around the rose garden on the waterfront? That is such a beautiful area but it looks incredibly tacky when the yellow tape is up. I thought it was a public area for the citizens to enjoy.
