On May 23, William Earl Little II was arrested in Duval County, Fla., on outstanding warrants obtained by the Washington Police Department.

Little faces charges of attempted armed robbery and discharging a firearm into occupied property. These charges stem from an incident that occurred Dec. 24, 2010, at Pam’s Diner, 607 John Small Ave., Washington.

Little is being held in Duval County, Fla., awaiting extradition to North Carolina.
