Mr. Mervin Benjamin Fowler, 83, a resident of Windsor, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at Bertie Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor, with the Rev. Jimmy Campbell and Dr. Carol Tarkington officiating. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
