On July 7, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit executed a search warrant at 241 Bradley Lane in Washington. Investigators found a marijuana plant located in the garden, marijuana smoking pipes inside the residence, plastic bags containing marijuana in an A-Jax container found in the back seat of a vehicle and a set of digital scales found inside a vehicle.

Investigators arrested William Arthur Moore II, 25, of 215 Ball Road in Washington, Billie Stonecypher Moore, 45, of 241 Bradley Lane in Washington and Ralph Lee Moore of 214 Bradley Lane in Washington.
William Arthur Moore II was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. William Arthur Moore was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $3,000 secured bond.

Billie Moore and Ralph Lee Moore were charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Billie Moore and Ralph Lee Moore were confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under an $8,000 secured bond.
