Elizabeth Jean Branch and Herald Dean Hines Jr., both of Winterville, N.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Denise Hines to Jason Lewis Jackson, son of Sandra Paul of Washington and the late C. Lewis Jackson.

The bride’s grandparents are Louise Branch of Winterville  and the late Lester Branch, and Dean Hines Sr. of Winterville and the late Clara Dell Hines.

Grandparents of the bridegroom are Dorothy Harding of Little Rock, Arkansas, the late Merle Cook, and the late Clyde and Delora Jackson of Pinetown.

The couple will exchange wedding vows August 8, 2011, in Grand Cayman Islands.
