With the support of the Workforce Investment Act through Project New Hope at the Purpose of God Annex, Andre Harding (right) completed the truck driver-training program at Beaufort County Community College. Harding received a job through Western Express Inc. of Nashville, Tenn. He also received a metal-coil certification from the Alabama Department of Public Safety.
