Mr. William “Bill” Ebison, a resident of 601 Havens St., Washington, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel.
