Donna and Skip Midgett of Washington, NC, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Nickie Midgett to Doug Rich.

The bridegroom is the son of Dwight and Linda Rich of Nashville, NC.

The couple will exchange vows September 17, 2011, in a private ceremony in Washington Park.
