Paulette O. Alligood, president of Precise Quality Service, LLC and customer service manager for CMT Imports, has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by Cambridge Who’s Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in importing services.

Alligood has strong management skills derived from 34 years of overall experience. Throughout her tenure, she has gained comprehensive working knowledge of customer service, which she showcases as the customer-service manager at CMT Imports, a cast metal product importing firm. Alligood created Precise Quality Service, LLC, a company that provides sorting and packing services, assembling, machining and quality checks.

Alligood completed coursework in management and retains a quality control diploma. She intends to expand her repertoire of skills in the future by working with manufacturers in many different fields that need assistance with quality control.
