Mr. William Frank Simmons Sr., 73, died Monday, Aug. 8, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Saint Peter’s Ministries, Aurora, with Dr. Mickey Ricardo Fields officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. tonight at Randolph Funeral Home chapel and other times at 20791 N.C. Highway 33 East, Edward. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
