Mr. Henry Thomas Woolard, 68, a resident of 120 Thomas Road, Washington, died Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Monday at 15th Street Church of God, Washington. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. until the service hour. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington.
