BCCC’s Business and Industry Services will offer a seminar to help business owners develop a positive attitude, “Setting Yourself on Fire! No Matter What.”

This seminar will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 29 at the Washington Civic Center in conjunction with the 2011 Small Business Expo. The seminar is free, but seating will be limited, so preregistration is encouraged. Participants may register by calling or emailing Eva Peartree at 252-940-6375 or EvaP@beaufortccc.edu.

The seminar will explore the role of attitude and setting goals in keeping a positive attitude in life and business. Participants will develop a customized action plan to help get them started. The instructor for the course is Denise Ryan.

The Washington-Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce is a co-sponsor of the workshop.
