If you start feeding cats on the waterfront, you are going to be feeding all kinds of animals.

A modification to have regulated spots to feed the feral cats, once a day for 30 minutes – this will keep them healthy so they can continue to kill rodents near businesses after hours as they continue providing this service for us. Cats will kill rodents as instinct, whether they are hungry or not. The population is down by one half and stabilized. Let’s keep them healthy.

Feeding feral cats has nothing to do with seagulls.

Hyde County residents are hibernating. The mosquitoes are out and the residents are in.

To the person who complained about having to wait in line after the recent storm: you should be thankful there was a line. Remember the man who complained he had no shoes until he met a man who had no feet.
