Ms. Fay M. Bennett, a resident of 1103 Trade St., Washington, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, at University Health Systems-Beaufort Hospital. The family will be receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
