Mr. Lewis Edward Woolard Jr., 56, a resident of 4461 Privacy Lane, Washington, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, at University Health Systems Inpatient Hospice of Greenville. A visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday, followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. Visitation and the memorial service will be held at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
