A memorial service for Mrs. Dorothy Keffer, 62, a native of Washington and formerly of Sparta, was held Monday, July 18, 2011, in the Siloam Baptist Church with the Rev. James Bowen officiating. Arrangements were by Williams Funeral Home & Crematory, Eatonton, Ga.
