Mrs. Rosa L. Williams of 1491 Main Street Ext., Aurora, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at Carolina East Medical Center, New Bern. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
