I don’t see anything in the paper about the Charlotte races on Saturday night. I know this isn’t much of a paper, but you could put something in there besides ball games.
In Tuesday’s paper there is an article regarding looking ahead into ECU Pirates athletics. It does not include the Navy-Pirates game Saturday. I wonder if it is because the Pirates fell on their swords last year with a score of 76-35 for Navy? Go Navy!
I found it interesting that none of our elected officials, except for one county commissioner, attended the redistricting hearing conducted by the Board of Education. How can you expect us to vote for you when you don’t have our best interests at heart?
If the sulfur plant comes, we will be No. 1 in pollution.
