Operation Medicine Drop in the Washington area includes a drop-off site at Wal-Mart.

A second drop-off site will be located at Lowe’s Home Improvement. Both sites will be operating from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Operation Medicine Drop is a prescription drug take-back event during which anyone may safely dispose of expired, unused prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications and keep them out of the wrong hands.
