Irvin H. Bowen, 75, a resident of 1961 Allen Williams Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bethany Pentecostal Holiness Church officiated by the Rev. Chris Watkins. A private burial will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. tonight at the church and at other times in the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home.
