Marvin Webster Hassell, 87, a resident of Columbia, died Thursday, Oct. 27, 2011, at Three Rivers Health & Rehabilitation Center in Windsor. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Sound Side Free Will Baptist Church, Columbia, with the Rev. Royce Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service on Sunday in the church fellowship hall. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
