Mr. Bobby L. Noman, 55, a resident of 204 Cross Road, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. The family will receive family and friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home.
