To expand and accelerate its strategic focus on offering a superior customer experience, East Carolina Bank has named Todd Hanke as assistant vice president and customer-experience programs director, announced Richard N. “Skipper” Hines III, senior vice president of customer experience.
“Offering a superior customer experience across all delivery channels is a critical component of ECB’s strategic initiative for focusing on the financial needs of our customers,” Hines shared. “As part of the customer experience team, Todd will play an integral part in helping ECB establish itself as a financial leader in promoting customer experience. Todd’s background in banking and his experience in sales and service management make him ideal for this unique role.”
Most recently, Hanke served as a branch manager for Bank of America in Kitty Hawk and previously in Charleston, S.C. Prior to joining the banking industry, he worked in direct sales and service management in a number of different roles.
“To be part of ECB’s strategic initiative of delivering a consistent, superior customer experience across all of our delivery channels is a great opportunity,” Hanke said. “ECB is known as a strong community bank, and has offered exceptional service for more than 90 years. I am excited to be part of ECB’s future, and part of enhancing the value, innovation and expertise we strive to provide in all our markets.”
