Miss Alice Ardell Bryant, 71, a resident of Cross Creek Health Care Center in Swan Quarter, formerly of Engelhard, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Mount Pilgrim Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), U.S. Highway 264 East, Engelhard. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. today at Mount Pilgrim Church of Christ and other times at the home of Mrs. Annie P. Bryant, 1718 Swamp Road, Engelhard. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. today at the chapel. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
