Mrs. Ruth Moore Davis, 77, a resident of Washington, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011. A viewing was held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and a funeral was conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at White Plains Church Ministries, Belhaven, officiated by the Rev. Douglas Cogdell.
