William Henry “Sammy” Long, 71, a resident of 108 Andrew Jackson Ave., Plymouth, died Dec. 15, 2011 at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Spring Green Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, 302 W. Fourth St., Plymouth, officiated by elder Stanley C. Hicks Sr. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Garden. Arrangements are by Puckett–Purkett Funeral Service Inc., Roper.
