Mrs. Patricia Smith “Pat” Whaley, 58, a resident of 2291 Garrett Road, Lot 18, Williamston, and formerly of Washington, died Saturday Dec. 31, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at Maple Grove Christian Church, Farm Life, and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory, Washington.
