Mark Churchill Kreisher

Mr. Mark Churchill Kreisher, age 47, a resident of Washington, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at Martin General Hospital. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Danny Allen.
Special music will be provided by Laurie Weston and Leslie Keeley. The family will receive friends in the church parlor immediately following the service.
Mark was born on Oct. 19, 1964, in Huntsville, Ala., son of the late Robert Barry Kreisher and Nancy Churchill Kreisher, who survives. He graduated from Washington High School in 1983 and served his country in the U.S. Army, from which he retired.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife Diana “DeeDee” Kreisher of Simpsonville, S.C.; daughters, Heather Leanne Kreisher of Bangor, Maine, and Addison Reed Kreisher of Simpsonville, S.C.; his brother, Rob Kreisher of Charlotte; sisters, Laurie Stocks of Huntington, W.Va., Julie Prater of Wenatchee, Wash., Ali Woolard of Washington, and Jennifer Powell of Klamath Falls, Ore.; and several nieces and nephews. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Noah McQuigg Pike.
