Deanna Barr of Greenville, NC, and Lloyd Armstrong of Columbia, NC, are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2012, at the Eastern 4-H Center in Columbia, NC.
