WIMCO Corp. was recently awarded the construction contract for the shops at Traemoor Village shopping center located at Lakewood Drive in Hope Mills.

The project is the second phase of the construction of the shopping center. It includes three retail buildings totaling approximately 23,110 square feet.

The project has an expected completion date of mid-2102.  Managing the project from the office will be Robert Smith, senior project manager, of Washington. Field superintendent is Glen Welker of Autryville.
