The Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors held its membership meeting Feb. 14 at The Washington Yacht & Country Club.

Beaufort County Manager Randell Woodruff was the guest speaker. In a brief overview, he highlighted some of the challenges and success in Beaufort County during 2011.

The Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors also presented awards to the outstanding Realtors of 2011.

Realtors were recognized for achieving $1 million to $2.99 million in sales, $3 million to $4.99 million in sales and more than $5 million in sales.

Rosie Lilley Smith of The Rich Company and Geri McKinley of Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty were recognized for their achieving $5 million or more in sales.

Margit Donalson of Cypress Landing Realty, Chris Respess of The Rich Company, Dave Rensock of The Rich Company, Maria Wilson of Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty, Tim Mordecai of The Rich Company and Mary Lou Woolard of Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty were recognized for achieving $3 million or more in sales.

Realtors recognized for achieving $1 million or more in sales were Brenda Respess, Patty Selby, Andrew Fisher, Sandra Holt, Glenn Holt, Steve Atkins, Steve Carawan, Kathryn Tuley, Brenda Evans, Scott Campbell, Diane Edwards, Gail Kenefick, Teresa Jenkins, Andrea Heekin, Nan McLendon, Tom Atkins, Thad Roberts, Mayhew Cox, Jay Martin, Chuck Phillips Jr., Janice Rich, Jane Stancil Adams, Janice Waters and Georgia Anne Atkins.
