Cake-decorating class offered

Do you wish that you could make sophisticated cakes and desserts? BCCC’s Division of Continuing Education is offering a cake-decorating class this spring.
Cake decorating 1 will be offered from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Mondays, beginning March 19 and ending April 30, in Room 830 of Building 8 on the BCCC campus. There will be no class held April 9. The registration fee is $35.
Instructor Maria Dickinson will teach students to make elegant borders using shells, rosettes and stars. Students will learn to create flowers such as roses, rosebuds, sweet peas, pansies and much more. A supply list will be given to each student the first night of class.
