Minister Juanita D. Tate, 60, died Monday, April 9, 2012, at Christiana Care Center, Wilmington, Del. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Saint Augustine College, Raleigh. Visitation will be from noon until 1 p.m.

Burial will be at Grace Lawn Cemetery, Wilmington, Del., on Monday. Professional services entrusted to Mercedes’ Funeral Mansion & Cremation Services, Williamston.
