TriCounty Telecom members may look forward to being entertained by Joyful Hearts prior to the 2012 annual meeting of Tri-County Telephone Membership Corporation. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Northside High School in Yeatesville. The doors open at 7 p.m., and entertainment will be provided until 7:30 p.m.

Pepper S. Younts, CPA, will present the 2011 financial report for TriCounty Telecom. The following members have been nominated for directors: Rodney E. Woolard, Pinetown exchange, Jack A. Mason, Sidney exchange.  One director is to be elected from each of these exchange areas.

Presiding at the meeting will be Frank W. Waters, president, TriCounty Telecom Board of Directors.
