Ottis Dalton Foster, 72, a resident of West Old County Road, Belhaven, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today at Belhaven Pentecostal Holiness Church. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations is serving the Foster family.
