A Washington woman was arrested after using a stolen bank card, said a press release from the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigator Scott Williams found that Jennifer Arnold Waters, 35, of Farm Lane, Washington, made $61.07 worth of fraudulent purchases at Walmart, buying beer, lighters and getting $40 cash back on the card during the trip, said Major Kenneth Watson, spokesman for the office.
Waters was arrested on June 26 by sheriff’s office deputies. She was released under a $10,000 unsecured bond.
