William Oscar Carrow Sr., 95, of Chesapeake, Va., and formerly of Pinetown, died Sunday, July 8, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holloman-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Great Bridge Chapel. Arrangements are by Holloman-Brown Funeral Home.
