King Chicken Drive Inn Restaurant in Washington named Joe Knox as its new general manager.
Knox has worked in the food service sector most of his life, including over 30 years as district manager for KFC Restaurants in Washington and Plymouth. Knox has been responsible for sales, customer service, inventory and employee training. Knox also has a vast knowledge of food service requirements for heath department inspections and employee N.C. Serve Safe certifications.
