Adelaida “Ada” Salinas Manrique

Mrs. Adelaida “Ada” Salinas Manrique, age 69, a resident of 327 Everett Road, Washington, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM Saturday, September 15, 2012, from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington.
Mrs. Manrique was born in Columbia, South America, on April 13, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Buenaventura Salinas and Elisa Manrique. Mrs. Manrique was a retired custodian with Osprey Seafood and Fountain Powerboats. She attended Mother of Mercy Catholic Church and Southpointe Community Church.
Mrs. Manrique is survived by her son, Carlos Salinas of Washington; three brothers, Victor Salinas of Columbia, Jorge and Luis Salinas, both of Beaufort County; a sister, Maria Salinas of Columbia; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, September 14, 2012, at Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington and other times at the home.
