There is nothing racist about wanting to watch “The Young and the Restless” instead of the constant posturing by any politician.
The people of the United States have the right to their opinion. Why is it if you say something against a person of color, it’s always called racism? You don’t see white people calling everybody racist. Thank you.
Shouldn’t the photograph of the new economic development chairman in Sunday’s paper have included a raging, angry commissioner in the background? I think the picture is very incomplete as it is.
I think the reader who suggested getting rid of Ms. Pollock’s and Mr. Houston’s columns, etcetera, needs to cancel their subscription since it is obvious they do not understand what a newspaper is all about. God bless the U.S.A., that includes Washington, NC.
