Ms. Thelma Moore, 69, a resident of 400 Cozine Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y., died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at St. Matthews FWB Church, Aurora. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memory Cemetery, Blounts Creek.
