Mr. Rapha Ray Felts, age 47, a resident of 103 Hamilton Street, Washington, died Tuesday Dec. 18, 2012 in Augusta, Ga.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012 at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until the funeral hour on Saturday at Paul Funeral Home in Washington and other times at the home.
