Elsie Gail Leggett Eubanks, 76, of 802 S. King St., Windsor, died Saturday, January 26, 2013, at her home. A funeral will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from the home. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor is serving the Eubanks family.
