Piercie “Pete” Stalls Powell, 85, of the 200 block of Hofler Street, Windsor, died Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A graveside  service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Edgewood Cemetery by Dr. Carroll Tarkington. The family will receive friends Friday, February 8, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is serving the Powell family.
