Mr. Jon Sutton Schumaker, 74, a resident of the Cypress Landing Community of Chocowinity, NC, died Sunday, February 24, 2013, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice of Greenville, NC.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 2425 Market Street Extension, officiated by the Rev. Jay Martin. A celebration of Jon’s life will follow at the Cypress Landing Bay Club in the Cypress Landing Community.
